European Association of Geoscientists and Engineers (EAGE)
EAGE (European Association of Geoscientists & Engineers) is the leading European based international organisation of geoscientists and engineers. EAGE looks after combined interests of those active or interested in the application of geoscience and related engineering disciplines to solutions of problems in petroleum exploration and production, in mineral industries, for water production, environmental protection or civil engineering.

Hydrographic Society
Founded in 1972 and with headquarters based at the University of East London. The Hydrographic Society is an international learned organization maintaining five national branches, in Australasia, the Benelux, Denmark, the UK and US. Membership is global and broadly based, being drawn from over 70 countries. Members, both individual and institutional, represent the fields of hydrography, oceanography, geophysics, civil engineering and associated disciplines at all levels of expertise. Organizations represented include contract survey companies, port authorities, government, military and public service authorities, petroleum companies, research and educational institutes, professional bodies and other learned associations, acoustic and electro-magnetic system manufacturers, dredging and salvage contractors, and surveyors in all sectors of private practice.

International Association of Geophysical Contractors (IAGC)
IAGC is the international trade association, headquartered in Houston, USA, and a Secretariat in London, England, which represents the industry that provides geophysical services (geophysical data acquisition, seismic data ownership and licensing, geophysical data processing and interpretation, and associated services and product providers) to the oil and gas industry.

International Association of Oil and Gas Producers (OGP)
The association was formed in 1974 to develop effective communications between the upstream industry and an increasingly complex network of international regulators. Originally called the E&P Forum, in 1999 the name International Association of Oil & Gas Producers (OGP) was adopted.

Offshore Oil and Gas Environment Forum
The OEF Web site is a medium to locate and disseminate information regarding environmental and sustainable development issues pertinent to the offshore oil and gas industry.

Society of Exploration Geophysicists (SEG)
The Society of Exploration Geophysicists promotes the science of geophysics and the education of exploration geophysicists. The Society fosters the expert and ethical practice of geophysics in the exploration and development of natural resources, in characterizing the near-surface, and in mitigating earth hazards.

United Kingdom Offshore Operators Association (UKOOA)
UK Offshore Operators Association (UKOOA) is the representative organisation for the UK offshore oil and gas industry. Its members are companies licensed by the Government to explore for and produce oil and gas in UK waters.
